Dr. Bota's comments about crossover benefit take me back to some early research I did with regard to DC vaccines repotentiating salvage therapies. That research indicated up to a 2 month OS benefit as I recall and that may have been median benefit. I wonder if Dr. Bota's comments might also be a reflection of her understanding of known immune response correlations to treatment benefit rising up indirectly into her dialogue. Best wishes.
