nq fork and poor high repair

the fork was drawn 4 days ago

so fall to fork median line and 30 min rsi 30
falling out of value area

so modest excess low at 11am. then 1 time frame into value area so
80% rule if market enters value area from below and stays for 1 hour
run to value area high. 20% of the time NO

also repair poor high at nq 9604. 1=5 days expect poor hi or low repair

then leave value area and use value area high as support and
attempt to rally to pre market high

so market closed with poor high. the value area for tomorrow
will be similar. last 4 poor highs repaired next day.
repair only counts if RTH not ATH. So when you know its poor
odds favor a return.
