I see. If there are no shorts, how did go from 15c to 42c in 3 trading days with no real news?

That question is super simple to answer. Because there were big buyers, buying millions of NWBO stocks. Its also possible to send a SP higher because there are more non short buyers than sellers, thats how 99% of SP rises occur...

BTW I never said there are NO shorts, there are, I said no more than in any other average penny stock.
