Sharkwe, it’s quite possible that NWBO needed funds to pay the CRO to close the trial and to pay the analysts to begin the analysis of the data. I seem to remember that the CRO final payment was large, maybe a million dollars. Anyway, I’m pretty sure they would not close the trial without getting their last paycheck.
Then, of course, there is the day to day costs of keeping the lights on...
In other words, this financing had to be done first.
