I'm saving this for posterity here
for someone that showed their ass today
I posted it on a board where the mod is someone I actually
used to pay attention to when they had something to say
so to that goofball out there-
maybe someday they'll learn they don't need to do that
here it is:

well I answered with a logical answer to your posts
and then you sent me this via pm and then blocked me
so you completely lost my respect there
In addition, I dealt with the situation befitting what was proper
since you did the hit and run with the PM blocking
we're done.
save it for the next one who might give you their time

because your question was not germaine to what was important to me
regarding Trump
it does not get a serious response from me.

it's one thing to have a discussion and Actually discuss facts
that are relevant
instead you chose to simply toss irrelevant accusations about Trump
call him ScumBag, etc all I did was *shrug* at that
that had nothing to do with what he's accomplished.
and irrelevant minor things
Nothing about what's important TODAY
yesterday, or even a year ago...

Our country is being divided...imo, not by Trump during these
riots
but by so called "protestors"....destroying innocent lives
and property completely unrelated to the issue

That isn't protesting

and there's a lot of people from multiple perspectives
"protesting" verbally in a destructive form
what good does it do? None.

Martin Luther King PROTESTED and did it in a way
that changed things, that made a difference that is
admired still today, I remember his moments on TV
I remember when he was murdered, when Bobby Kennedy
was gunned down, and I even remember JFK's funeral
and little John standing at the memorial

Something I seem to recall about BullNBear
was decent conversations/discussions and a reasonable level of respect

I might be remembering it wrong, but I doubt it
I don't remember wild ranting
I recall a willingness to agree to disagree...

That meant I could learn from him
and likewise he could learn from me
we could learn from each other
there was at least a reasonable attitude of civility

I've been working to return Simply Politics to discussion
civil discussion
including humor.....
I am who I am and that is all
like some
I have seen a lot in my life, more than most
and less than some

If you want respect, you must first give it
not come in with a chip on your shoulder
and then run here with Boozhoo...

There's a reason I didn't bother with this board
when I got back....way too much lacking in open mindedness
I perused it and left.

with only so much time left above ground
how I spend it has some importance to me

There's so much wrong done in the name of the right and of the left

neither creates any right

When your anger has stripped life from part of this world
and you actually feel the loss
then is when you learn not only your value
but the value of others

When you've seen innocent men, women, and children butchered
and blown into pieces, or a 10 yr old girl with her arm blown
off carrying her dead baby brother with part of his face missing
stepping in shock over her mother's now unrecognizable body
until you've seen the horrors created by men and worked to
actually do something about it....I don't believe you have the
right to disrespect me because your rights end where mine begin
Until you've actually been part of stopping that horror...
no matter who you are...you don't have the right to disrespect me.

People who have been part of the solution....they don't disrespect
they're too busy being part of the solution...and being grateful
to others walking the same path

I've seen the results of wrong actions conducted under Democrats
and Republicans
I've been there to do something about it
Put my life on the line and MADE a difference
made CHANGE....and somehow managed to survive
and be a part of the solution and not the problem

so no matter what your color or creed or religion or politics
I would encourage anyone no matter if they agree with my
perspectives or disagree
to actually do things that make this world a better place
without destroying it in the process.

No need to ban me
I'm leaving unasked...my choice, my decision....
and no hard feelings or disparaging thoughts for anyone...
