Can you imagine if AGP had done a better job of valuing VERB? The IPO would have been in the 1s. People would have gone even more ballistic than they did. OF course, the warrants helped make the IPO price look better than it really was.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
