Having problems understanding sell safe @ 0%. If stock value is greater
than Portfolio Control when do you start selling.

SV = 10600
PC = 10000
Profit = $600 MINIMUM ORDER SIZE = $530
Sell = $600 (Is this correct?)

Yes. SV > PC so its a 'S'ell. And with those settings/values its sell $600 worth of stock value.

If alternatively SAFE was set at 10% then ...
SV - PC = $600
SAFE of 10% of stock value = $106 so deduct that from the $600 = $496
which is less than your $530 minimum order size, so no action taken (you're done for the month/quarter/whatever).

Or if SAFE = 5% = $56
600 - 56 = 544 ... which is larger than your minimum order size, so its OK to sell that $544 of stock value.

Sell action, so no change to Portfolio Control (had it been a purchase/buy action then you'd increase PC by half the amount of stock value purchased).
