I understand that it is very disappointing since with the stock price spiking to over 40 cents this past week we are all fastening our seatbelt and big time ready to say bye bye to Kansas.

As I was saying. I am not complaining about the SP drop we will most likely see Monday. Also, its understandable they had to sell at lower SP then was known at the time the deal was made.

Its again the whole middle finger communication to shareholders.
As I was saying. If they are serious about data lock then wait a week and communicate the latest 424B5 together with a PR on data lock. In one week the lights wont switch off, will it? Not doing so sends the message IMO there is no data lock but we do need money.

Now we are in limbo again.
