Anyone who was surprised that NWBO would give up these gains so easily and that management would kneecap any share price appreciation that is starting to provide well deserved and long awaited relief to retail shareholders has simply not been paying attention for years now.

Whether this is shady or not is besides the point - absent definitive, no-BS, game changing news, ANY gains this stock makes will be given back and any assumptions that it is going up due to news being imminent are just wishful thinking.

To be clear, Ms. Powers need not know of or be involved in the alleged pump and dump, it could be anyone who knew what she was doing. Good luck trying to prove it.
