True...I believe nwbo will pr datalock on Monday or soon after. Usually when NWBO does something this blatantly moronic, they usually follow through with positive news.

However, this dilution does not bode well for positive TLD being released in weeks after datalock; otherwise, nwbo would not have offered the shares...imho.

I know that I could be wrong here.
