quite a few suspended (which does not mean disappearing) through Nov 20th.


Well, so say you!!!

On a serious note, I still think it is very possible the suspension agreements include a clause that shares are no longer reserved against the 1.2B cap. W/o that, they could already be over as we do not know terms of the Cognate conditional $10M deal that can require stock payout.

I really see no other explanation for the suspensions other than they need room to issues shares themselves.
