One always wonders why they cant wait for 5 more days and raise money at higher prices, giving out lesser no. of shares. I never see the reverse happen, where the financing is done at a higher price and the current share price lower, even if thats the 10 day average.

It always takes us down. I hope they announce data lock before trade opens, monday.
