Dr Hidalgo he will only speak of PMCB to their paid promoters and NEVER in a Medical Conference

However, when it comes to PMCB, he might appear 1-2 times in a Kenny PR pump. With a lot of of coulds, mights, and maybees in happy talk statements. Hopefully he has given his contracted allotted time for 2020, and won't appear in anymore silly Kenny PR pumps.
