The fact that he sells his name without doing his own DD just goes to show you how many of these Dr's (Including Von Hoff) will sign on with anyone willing to pay them. You will notice though in the case of Dr Hidalgo he will only speak of PMCB to their paid promoters and NEVER in a Medical Conference and Von Hoff wouldn't speak a word to anyone about anything PMCB.
