Unfortunately, there are multiple fake emails posted to the board in an attempt to entice unsuspecting investors to buy the stock.There is a fake email floating around regarding the share structure, the actual O/S was 1,310,264,512 shares 10 months ago, at the end of the previous 3rd party promo.

Of course Newbauer continues to dilute the remaining 700 million shares though, but hopefully the SEC will step in soon and cancel this ticker! #NEWBAUERED #HUNTED
