How ..or why should compliance be on top of this? Maybe I am reading you incorrectly....or maybe I am reading you correctly..:)

In relation to this:

These shares are owned directly by a trust for the benefit of Mr. Bancel's children and of which the trustee is an independent institution

I still see absolutely no issue..but again...maybe I am reading you incorrectly
