Your stout reminders that we are behind the 8 ball here are important -- it's easy to get carried away with the array of arguments Singer has compiled against this foul decision. The burden of argument clearly shifts now to Amarin, and in the absence of a compelling presentation, the Federal Court will not overturn a district court decision.
