CEO knows what's going on, he's just lost in all the lies and is hoping that bag holders will rejoice if he continues spewing the same lies.

Smart is not investing in any of Dwyer's garbage as it's all a scam from beginning until the end.

Exactly, a number of folks here familiar with Dwyer's scams are trying to warn the gullible but some are still in lala-land and swallow the nonsense the CEO puts out.
