I've got a telcon with my bank today telling me they are in relationship with the broker that confirmed them the dispatching of corresponding certificates by Feb 2007. My banker e-mailed that it should take 6 months from August to get that (wrote about one month ago).

They also confirmed me (by phone) today that another customer got 200 shares and that the operation was successful and no class action was necessary.

Please take that information as it is, I'm not a liar, but make your own opinion on that.
