George, if you did not have a very supportive principal backing you up that could have been thew moment of your retirement.

After I gave a student an and another two D's in physical education, I was told that I need to take a course in how to grade students. But, I was never asked why they EARNED those grades. The first one simply skipped 90% of classes.
