Thinking outside the box, on or shortly after June 15 is sounding more likely every day.

It could go like this.

Ticker change by FINRA from $MILVD to NDTP, as NDT Pharmaceuticals Inc, NDT meaning Nano Delivery Technology.

SEC S-1/1-A filling drops the day trading starts with all the SEC facts and cash raise, say $40 to $50 Mil dollars at $4/share (My guess, estimate based on what I would do if I was running the show),which if underwritten would allow up-listing to Nasdaq overnight before the day it starts trading.

Then Hovis would carpet bomb Nuke the market with the SEC S-1/1-A story, filing, PRs about the UPennMed / CCA, LLC 7 years of JV Product development research, and the new BBB-Blood Brain Barrier crossing Technology, and a live web site. Even a possible drink line deal up front or later with PepsiCo (if my educated guess there is right) for an FDA-GAAS Food and Drug Administration Generally Accepted As Safe food ingredient based additives in an NDT-Oral IV (Oral meaning no needle needed to cross the stomach acid and Gut barriers to deliver the Nutrients the the Blood stream unharmed and unmolested by stomach acid, and gut bacteria).

Then news on other market applications and possible drug license applications where the $MILVD/NDTP/CCA delivery tech is/can be licensed for use as a delivery tech to firms like Novartis for use to deliver brain imaging agents an and cancer drugs, etc, to the brain with drilling holes in the skull and risking infections

I expect an oral IV drink that can compete say with Gatorade but be way better by limiting brain or other body part excess inflation after a sports injury (like NFL Football.... head injuries) by being in the blood stream during the game, ready to work the second there is a #TBI brain injury style hit the body.

Those are my current expectations, subject to change as they unveil the actual goodies behind door #1.

Also, we may see names and faces of more people added, such as directors who end up doing major funds additions in the cash raise, MDs on a science advisory board (I would not be surprised to Dr. Cohen, and or Dr. Dorsey) but there are too many top notch MD/PhD folks on the list at UPennMed, etc, they could tap to list here, including Fountain they could decide to tap.
