Are we talking about Google FI and how it will impact apple phones?

If so i fail to see how this has anything to do with uoips case.

Even if it were something that could be an alternative to DOCIS to multi chanel transmission (which its not) it would only have a potential impact on the value of future royalties...and thats a stretch as the cable providers would have to change out their system and all equiptment.

If i am missing something please educate me
