Okay, from what I get here https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.euronews.com/amp/2020/05/27/which-european-countries-have-opened-their-borders-ahead-of-the-summer-holiday-season, all travel for non-EU citizens will not occur for any EU country before 06/15/20. That is not factoring in that Luxembourg may extend that international travel ban farther or require a 14 day quarantine for international arrivals. Yes, some are saying he doesn’t have to travel, but I have seen nothing from anyone with proof this is true. So, if he Henry does have to be in Luxembourg for activation, the 15th is the best case scenario, but I would be leaning towards late June or early July. If anyone can give us more clarification, it would be greatly appreciated. However, I think the first two weeks in June is an overly optimistic guesstimate.
