I am fine with keeping the shareholder in the dark as long as the right moves are being takin in the shareholders best interest. Do not issue shares as that changes the whole game. I believe it is nothing more than a threat to whoever is making the push for the board.

if you need money in the future issue debt. Keep the min outstanding shares until we at least reach 75-100 mill market cap.
