I see - that's a fair point. I don't know the boundries of insider trading nor do I know how muc appeal OTC plays have to the international players here. But I have always thought that we'll know when news is about to be released because volume will pick up significantly.

I'm not sure why there hasn't been more early interest. For now, I think the company is doing and has done enough to earn my patience to see how this plays out. There's enough to like to overlook low volume until some administrative items are complete and announcements commence. It doesn't seem like there's much retail eyes on this at all. I'm hoping it will all come together soon. Potential is there but nothing is a sure thing.
