I agree with you that preferred shares are the way to go to compensate new management and advisors. It's incentive based so that works out great for us normal retail shareholders. Requires no immediate dilution. What I am questioning though is all these new guys are joining the company right? And they all seem to have extensive backgrounds with I am sure lots of contacts. So why is this stock still trading a paltry 10-20K shares a day? Surely, the contacts of these guys joining our team would see they have joined, maybe ask about their venture, and possibly then want to buy into the company by purchasing stock on the open market just like we do? Am I off base here thinking this, because I don't think I am.
