Well more info on the topic

speaking with someone at the company they stated they (citation) are entertaining 2 offers and won't say who the other company is publicly.

now the word is that next week they, meaning Citation will be annoucing more information about this deal.

so I am hopefull that AquaCell is the chosen one, but the stock trades today make no alert to a positive movement

If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
