First: Thanks again for the info!
That something is wrong with Phil, that there was no buyback before the funds were activated, I also posted this yesterday!

It just stinks of a fatal R / S for us shareholders!
Let's hope it turns out differently and he doesn't need an R / S!
But hope works most only in the star wars saga....

Secondly: Would you please ask Henry why he have not convert his outstanding salary in shares?
(Remember: $ 0.0001 is it cheap or is it not?)
$ 10,000 would be 100 million shares!
As long as he doesn't pay his salary in shares, everything indicates to an R / S too.
(If he answered, I would be very surprised!)

Then maybe after an R / S he will convert his salary into new fresh shares!
