You are not able to make valid comparison to in vivo based on in vitro dosing in a petri dish, you completely discount pharmokinetics and the pharmodynamics.

Actually Brilacidin will not be used as a stand alone first line drug but based on its multiple mode of actions it will work synergistically with corticosteroids plus antivirals and will be directed at preventing the inflammatory response that destroys kidney function and leads to hemodialysis .

Brilacidin could be untouchable soon because the world needs drugs to battle Covid because there may never be a vaccine.
