The highest dosage in the B-ABSSSI trial was 0.8 mg/kg.

1 kg = 1000 ml (in water)

1 mg = 1000 ug

0.8 mg/kg * (1 kg / 1000 ml) * (1000 ug / 1 mg) = 0.8 ug/ml

After you cancel the units out, the amount is the same in ug/ml. According to the PR, an average of 29% inhibition was measured at 0.1 ug/ml.

The MTD in humans is much closer to 0.1 ug/ml than 100 ug/ml IMO. In other words, 29% inhibition is more realistic than 85% inhibition in humans.
