Suppress., that's all good, but the board has it confused. What's liberal about supporting two behemoth Generics against a small single drug company? One might say, look what happened with DU? DU was an outlier. I don't believe DU was cognisant of Amarin's stature, and unfortunately, focused solely on the evidence and facts of the case. Enough time has past for these Judges to learn the facts, and the ramifications of the ruling. They will not be so oblivious imo.
