Thanks for updating us. So it’s my understanding you currently do not work for Virtra? Are you currently on their advisory board? I do believe it’s better to have the S-3 filed early as well. The only conceivable answer to why the whole Ferris family included their shares for sale would be something big on the horizon is brewing. JMO
