Ya the more I looked at the s3 I believe that they don't have to abide by the 1/3 public float?

Just terrible timing. I am not selling anytime soon but was planning on buying right now but because this s3 will not be buying until I know what is going on. Maybe bob should say something about this because when companies file s3 at 52 week lows its usually not a good look I would think.

Since i'm not buying... after doing some homework I noticed that uk company has some current ownership changes going on they seem to work closely with MOD which would be nice. But to issue 1.5x current outstanding shares would require a massive contract. I love this stock for the minor amount of shares outstanding we have and don't think we should issue more shares when financially we are doing fine, we need sales not money.
