It is well past the extended due date.

As a practical issue, the SEC has the iron fist but will not use it for a long time. You can find plenty of examples of companies being delinquent for over a year.

The OTC will act after some unknown time. They would kick it down to the pinks. My best guess is that it would not happen in the next couple months though.

The slight unknown kicker is the SEC compliance order. Anything there is pure speculation though. I doubt anything happens soon with the "new normal" in play.

Now, my pet theory for the delay is that the CFO was arrested at FRA airport for claiming a VAT refund on a bottle of Scotch she ended up drinking at the airport while waiting for LG's dog to get there.
