I disagree with every point on here and will explain.
1. I do believe more is known on this message board about what is going on inside vtsi. The s3 was posted on this website before it was filed, 2 larger share owners of the company (below 5%) were helping bob make decisions while many investors knew nothing about advisory board because there was no public statement, bob including insiders in s3 which means absolutely nothing except manipulating honest shareholders.
2.S3 signals nothing big ahead. This is a ferris special, stir up doubt/optimism in the honest shareholders head while ultimately getting what you want which is more funding at the shareholder expense/while protecting a push for board if necessary. Family member shares mean nothing being included in s3. At any moment they could sell there shares.
3.no big contract on the way which is why this was filed on a Friday on memorial day weekend. Twister addressed in back in march ( I have no idea how since the s3 was filed Friday) saying more shares would be issued while diluting current so no body could push for his precious corrupt board.
4. I would not disagree here. I think he will try to purchase something but bob is no slouch. He will do whats best for bob and insiders. I expect him to purchase that company in uk that brings in 1 mill a year and not even sure what they do or if they are a real company while using shareholders to do it. If he issues a single share for that company purchase I will be furious. I want to know why Saltz has been head of 6 companys that all fail and he is worth over 15 mill, Ferris has more LLC for a 30 year old man than ive ever seen, the director of training at virtra has an llc which I still don't understand what it is for, ir relation changes like crazy, fights for board, I honestly question if vtsi has been lieing about reports. This is a mess.
