Twelve years is enough!!! If there is money then pay out now! Someone has the true answer and I don't think it's anyone on this board with that information. Same documents being interpret differently by many people. Some people are so desperate for a resolution they are believing the story that gives them hope in a dream. For years dates have been established as the payout date and it never happens. There is nothing posted by the FDIC, COOP or Rosen that says there is a payout coming. Rosen has said nothing for us from the LT. FDIC and COOP ain't saying anything. Depressing....
