I think respecting NDA's is very logical in the stage we're in. These work in both ways and also protect our IP.
In a way it's reassuring we are not announcing NDA's to push the stockprice higher.

Deals should be announced when they are inked, and not before.

In a buy-out scenario it's always the shareholders that decide in the end. Announcing any sort of buyout at any price level could start a bidding war and will instantly put the shareprice just below the buy-out offer.

I trust in management and large shareholders not to sell-out below the fair value.

I do expect stockprice to go up, because of the newsflow and epic presentations. I can't imagine that we will stay below the radar for much longer.

Does anyone have a take on what it would take for us to uplist to Nasdaq, and if this could be done in short period of time?
