Has anyone here bought a brand new house?

More than likely most people bought a house that had a previous owner.

GSFI is a house with a new owner. Just as no one is holding the current owner responsible for the past owner's indiscretion, it is unfair to hold the current owner of GSFI for the past ticker's indiscretions.

Onward and upward for GSFI just as I have been saying.
