Yes they have stolen money from shareholders. What about the dividends we were supposed to get as preferred holders.

1) Dividends on the juniors are non-cumulative.
2) FnF didn't have enough capital to make any distributions at any point due to how core capital works. That means even without the NWS, no FnF shareholders would have received dividends at any point anyway.

Again, there is a reason Sweeney has dismissed all direct claims so far. The "theft" has been against the companies, not directly against the shareholders.
