Dmceng4, I and a few others including BBANBOB have believed for a long time that WMI INC is still alive and well but laying very low, quiet, and will be reawakened when the time is right.

We feel WMI INC is the parent and will end up issuing a private placement to those who signed timely releases by 3/2012 and will set a threshold. For those investors who do not meet the threshold, WMI INC will automatically cash these investors out.

Those investors who meet the threshold will continue to play receiving two to four annual distributions from WMI INC and whenever ANY investor wants to sell ONLY WMI INC can be the buyer so WMI INC will control who owns the Estate and they will NOT let this ownership fall into just anyone's hands.

Remember, Doreen Logan, Charles Smith, and William Kosturos are still here to the very end and these folks will sign final releases that may provide the monies to flow.
