He cant issue more than 1/3 of outstanding shares within a 12 month period?

Class action suit is not nuts to talk about. This looks to me like a move Mitchell saltz would make. Do I trust the insiders to make the best move for current shareholders... no I don't they are all bobs yes men trying to save their position. We need 65 mill contract/contracts for this move to be minorly valuable over that time. If you need 2 mill over the next 12 months then go sell product and quit ripping the shareholder.

If this hurts the shareholder position, yet again, I believe it is time to have the conversation about steps to take.
