Btw, what are your credentials in this arena? Have you ever tried a case? Have you ever written a Brief? Have you ever tried to disqualify a judge? Ever taken a course on legal ethics? What exactly from abroad makes you an expert in the ethical criteria applicable to judges in the United States? Do you have a law degree? Do you have a law license?

You are certainly an expert in many things Amarin, and your Relevant Events post is go-to reading, but none of that eradicates the combined arrogance and ignorance exemplified by your haphazard comment.

I do not see my "Relevant Events" post as an "extra". I spent time and effort to put it together … but anybody with one brain cell could do it …

Other than a direct post to you ("it is pathetic") I did not comment (directly) your funny Complaint till j- poke me … I did not question that the Complaint was well written, it looks good for a lot of posters … but I stick to my conclusion: it is a pure bullshit, does not have any merit (to avoid any doubt: no legal background* is necessary to see it …)

Good luck with your Complaint … but be prepared for a wet pillow …

* a retired, patent "expert" (with legal background) posted a lot of things about ANDA approval … but "looks like" a conclusion / view from abroad, without a law degree or a law license was a correct one ...
