UOIP has been Revoked by the Delaware SOS - so UOIP or unitedonline doesn't exist as a business entity - so we now know that UOIP won't be paying Chanbond the $5 million to consummate the acquisition.

Therefore Chanbond doesn't owe UOIP shareholders anything.

Carter is a patent troll - a bottom feeder and anyone that believes Carter is going to be magnanimous to shareholders is delusional - if there is a settlement Carter won't share a penny with shareholders.
