High Spending Rory and his faulty widget dont add anything to the bottom line. No one is ever going to pay to use the worthless widget. Rory will suck all the money out of the acquired company. The employees that actually made it successful will leave. All that will be left is Rory and his over hyped over paid team of so called experts. Rory knows Convertible notes Rory loves Convertible notes Rory is Mr Convertible Note. And the shareholders will pay pay pay. PPS is .132 down 95% from $3.04, cant stay this level forever. Convertible notes will take it below .10 then .05s(.75-.797) then the next RS will wipe out the L&S. The company might survive if Rory and his band of Merry Men left.


Everything predicted above is and will come true. Human nature is so predictable. The rorys of the world will always screw the gullible. I will always sell my shares to the clueless bhs after I repeatedly tell them where the top is likely to occur and that I am going to sell my shares to them as the top approaches.
