Government offering 'free' money exposes desperation; not solution!

Excellent execution by Virtra, in seeking and receiving 'free' government funds.
Unfortunately, that also kills any chance of any new share buybacks.

The hobbled virus recovery struggles will continue.
More deaths, more death waves, will lead news headlines.
Governmental, corporate and personal debt will gain coverage.

Virtra has reinforced an already strong balance sheet and will survive.
Virtra may finally receive some huge military contracts.
Virtra could embrace other opportunities.

Virtra's balance sheet and S-3 potential access to cash creates strong opportunities.


S-3 also allows the potential for unbridled calamity.
