Hi Meirluc,

I do believe they will data lock by next week and it doesn't mean they will PR it on the day it happens. They may or may not PR it as it is not customary to do so but private conversations with Les by some indicates they will broadcast it. So if we don't get a PR the price will likely re-trench or pullback until a definite confirmation of data lock occurred.

What I meant by a failed rally is that the price may not continue on its upwards trajectory if the status of data lock is not known. So it may meander sideways or pull back a bit which is normal. Hope this answers your question.
