I have to disagree. Common sense to me says that bob is scared of losing his corrupt insiders and decided to hit shareholders with a flex play saying he is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure what happened to Kelly jones doesn't happen to him.

Nobody is coming to buy virtra as it is not even for sale. Also with this move killing 2 birds with one stone we see that is can support the balance sheet as twisters (bob) post alludes to while manipulating shareholders some more at the cost of shareholders.

The fact that bob is that ignorant toward the shareholder is next level. For them to issue 20 mill worth of shares when company is only valued at 16 mill we would need to have a 65-75 mill contract waiting in the wings which just is not logical. An acquisition would be very disappointing as arz addressed bob has trouble running this one. We need to come together as shareholders and have these corrupt insiders removed.

I went to the shareholders meeting last year to feel out some of these guys. Why they were very polite they gave us nothing we didn't already know as investors. The lack of transparency plays really bad for what I feel is taking place.
