Zip, If the goal was to keep the price of AMRN down it begs the question
as to what purpose? AF and Herper continue to make derisive comments
about Vascepa and ultimately cause harm because Vascepa may be ignored
by doctors who might fear being ridiculed for prescribing it or may
come to believe that it's a scam medication. So very real human damage
is being done by those nitwits and they could care less!

Amazing as well that they never mention Lovaza in any derisive way.
AMRN is like the little kid that gets picked on by the mean bully for
no reason than just to be mean. And now, just when AMRN was about to
launch its DTC advertising campaign that would mention the R-I study
results we get the asinine Judge Du decision. No one ever comments
when I mention that AF and Herper are the mouthpiece for BP Establishment.
When AF warned Thero that now he was on BP Cardiovascular Turf, that
was a threat as well as a warning that he should sell AMRN to BP.

Now JT gets to roll the dice on the future of AMRN being able to sell
branded Vascepa in the US. I do wonder if JT was able to do a deal to
sell AMRN to the right BP that the decision would then go in AMRN's
favor. What a shame that such a safe, great, life saving drug may
never get to benefit all of the people it should in the US. Just TRAGIC!
