I had a Professor when I was doing my Masters at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn in 1996 named Charles Hoover. He had been Executive Director at Bell Laboratories and retired in 1987. He told me how screwed up the current time period was with Lucent and railed about how they had completely disregarded the intense research they used to do at Bell and especially in how that translated into the manufacturing side via efficiencies. He hated those Lucent guys. I used to have drinks with him and he said they were too stupid to embrace the actual technology and were more interested in a Ponzi scheme to make tons of money and he was sure the executives would ride the Wall Street machine and then jump out as it crashed. So interesting to look back at how correct he was.

And I love and have been invested in NWBO since 2009 because I feel the executives are passionate and have shown the capability to persevere through the times they were being pummeled. I find that kind of intensity a rare characteristic these days and the reason I have stuck with them throughout.
