If money is raised through the pure basis of stock dilution and fear of losing control of the company with no real explanation to the shareholder. We need to lawyer up together and look at our options.

It is one thing if we are raising money to invest and make moves for the future, its another if your afraid that your lack of production will have shareholders push you out the door. Bobs close to the chest lack of transparency with the shareholder is coming back to bite him. Either produce or step aside and bring someone in who will. But your not going to try to flex on the shareholder.
